Return and Refund Policy 

At Pillowflex, we understand that finding the correct pillow insert size for your sham can be challenging but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

Due to the nature of our products, pillow inserts are considered used bedding once opened and cannot be returned for a traditional refund. Instead, we offer a replacement exchange process to help ensure you receive the correct size.

Replacement Exchange Process

To request a replacement pillow insert, please follow the steps below:

1. Measure your sham
   Measure from corner to corner along the seam. Please refer to our instructional video for proper measuring guidance.
2. Use the sizing chart
   Refer to the yellow sizing chart to determine the correct insert size needed.
3. Select replacement quantity
   Choose the number of pillow inserts you need to replace.
4. Provide required order details
   When adding the replacement item to your cart, please include:Your order numberYour sham sizeThe insert size you need
5. Do not return the original pillow(s)
   Original pillow inserts should not be returned, as they are considered used bedding and will be destroyed upon receipt.
   We kindly encourage you to donate the original pillow(s) to a local charity instead.
