Warranty Policy


We guarantee that our products are free from manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately.

All warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, such as cutting the pillow when opening the shipping box.

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Shipping Policy


All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.


Tracking Orders
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
